Sunrun
When and how can I expect to receive my incentive?
Incentive payments for performance will be made in by the end of the calendar year and paid as a Visa Gift Card. Instructions to redeem your gift card will be sent via email from sunrunsupport@mgsunrunrewardcenter.com.
How can I claim my incentive?

You can claim your incentive after you receive your instructional email from Sunrun Reward Center. Once the email has been received, youβll visit the Sunrun Reward Center redemption portal, and log in to your profile. If you are a new user, youβll need to create an account with the same email youβre receiving all Sunrun communication.

After logging in and clicking the βClaim Your Rewardβ button, youβll click the βGet Rewardedβ button within your dashboard. Youβll then decide if youβd like a physical or e-card. Youβll then confirm your account information and submit your info. Your status will read as processing until youβve received an email alerting you to your change in status that your gift card is now ready for you to use.

If you requested a physical gift-card you will need to activate the card before use and instructions are provided in the acceptance email.

How is payment allocated?
Payment will be allocated by Sunrun. There is a flat rate which is determined by the battery that youβve purchased. $250 annually for LG Chem batteries and $400 annually for Tesla batteries. See here for more information.
Tesla
When and how can I expect to receive my incentive?
Incentive payments for performance will be made by the end of the calendar year, paid as a Tesla in-app account credit via direct deposit.
How can I claim my incentive?

Your incentive must be claimed via your Tesla app. You will receive a message in your app inbox and an email alerting you that you have an account credit. Please ensure that you have notifications enabled to stay up to date on all Tesla communication.

From there you will go to your Tesla app and request a payout by tapping the banner with the name of your VPP (Virtual Power Plant), and then tapping βRequest Payoutβ.

You must add a bank account for the direct deposit.

After completing this, you can expect payout in your account in 5-7 business days.
