By enrolling your thermostat, you agree to let Appalachian Power make brief, small adjustments to your thermostat during times of peak electric demand. You will receive a $50 pre-paid debit card once you have successfully enrolled in the program. As long as you participate in the program, you will receive up to an additional $25 pre-paid debit card ($5 per month May through Sept) per central cooling unit enrolled at the end of the program season.
