You may opt out of thermostat adjustments at any time from your mobile device, web browser or thermostat.
Smart thermostats make it easy and convenient to control temperature settings from your mobile device or by setting a cooling schedule for your air conditioner to reduce your electricity usage. By enrolling in Power Partner Rewards, you’ll receive additional benefits from your connected thermostat.
When you join Power Partner Rewards, you'll be rewarded for allowing small, temporary temperature adjustments to your thermostat during periods of high electricity demand. We’ll provide a $25 utility bill credit for simply signing up. You stay in complete control — you may opt out of any event at any time — and as long as you remain enrolled, you’ll receive another $25 utility bill credit for every summer you participate.
By participating, you help to lower electric usage when system prices are the highest. And when we reduce peak electric demand, we can lower costs for everyone.
